First week of diet and standing

After an awful week of gout flares, yeast infections, constant hunger, extreme depression, and more, I feel like I have rescued what was working from my vegetable drink programme and also managed to cut back on various troublesome foods like fats and sugars.

My standing seems to be back where it was a month ago, with the bonus of being able to do several 10-minute stands now without trouble. So that is going good.

If you’re curious I lost 15 pounds last week; that is about 4% of my body weight.
